Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing SkinbyDesign. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Refund Policy:

a. 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

      • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling fees

    b. Condition of the Product:
    • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, or in gently used condition in its original packaging. Empty bottles may not be returned.
    c. Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@skinbydesign.store within 60 days of your purchase. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
    d. Refund Processing:
      • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow 30 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.
    •  For online orders paid on Skin By Design gift card, a new gift card, or a check will be issued and mailed to the billing address on the order. Allow up to 30 days for processing.

    2. Returns Policy:

    a. Defective or damaged products:

     

      • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@skinbydesign.store. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund.

    b. Return Shipping:

     

      • We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged products. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    c. Incomplete or incorrect orders:

     

      • If you receive an incomplete order or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or issue a refund.

    3. Exclusions:

     Fully & Half Used Products 

    • We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for bottles that are half-way or fully empty. 

     4. Promotional Items:

       -Returns of items that qualified for a free promotional item(s) must be returned with the free promotional item(s).
     
       -Items noted as final sale or not-returnable, are not eligible for exchange or return.
