This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you interact with Skin By Design (the “Site,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). We operate only in the United States. If you visit from another country, you do so at your own discretion.
Contact & account details — name, email, phone, billing & shipping addresses, account credentials.
Order & payment details — items purchased, order totals, and limited payment information. Full card data is processed by our payment processors (e.g., Stripe/PayPal) and not stored on our servers.

Some states (including California) provide additional privacy rights to residents under state law. If and when we meet the thresholds that make those laws apply to us (e.g., under California’s CCPA/CPRA), eligible residents may request access, deletion, correction, or information about disclosures. Browsers may transmit “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals. There is no common industry standard for responding to DNT, so we do not respond to DNT at this time. We disclose this here as required by certain state laws.

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of skinbydesign.store (the “Site”) and any purchase of products from us. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) to make a purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities under your account.
All orders are offers to purchase subject to acceptance. Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. We may limit or cancel quantities. If we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email/phone provided at checkout.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout and charge when your order is placed. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount (including applicable taxes and shipping). For security, payments are processed by third‑party processors; we do not store full card numbers.
We ship to U.S. addresses only. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates only.

We try to be accurate, but errors (including prices, descriptions, availability) may occur. Colors and packaging may vary. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or products.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

All sales are final for hygiene reasons. Because our products are intended for personal, facial use, we do not accept returns or exchanges. The narrow exceptions below apply only to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
United States only (including AK/HI and PO boxes unless otherwise noted).
Orders typically process in [1–2] business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Orders placed after [12pm local time] may process the next business day.
Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and method. We ship via [USPS/UPS/FedEx]. [Optional: Free U.S. shipping over $____]. Transit times shown at checkout are carrier estimates.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we can reship (additional postage required). If you cancel instead, we may refund the product price less original shipping after the parcel is returned to us unopened.
Email contact@skinbydesign.store immediately. We’ll do our best, but changes aren’t guaranteed once an order enters fulfillment.
All sales are final. For hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges of opened or unopened items.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within [7] days of delivery at contact@skinbydesign.store with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate. For higher‑value items, we may provide a prepaid label and require return of the affected item before a replacement/refund is issued.
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, contact us and we’ll assist with a replacement or claim. If tracking shows Delivered but you can’t locate the package, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office. We are not responsible for packages after carrier confirmation of delivery, but we’ll help where we can.
Unless stated otherwise, products carry a [90‑day limited warranty] against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty excludes misuse, normal wear and tear, and accidental damage. Remedies are limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
